Concentrated Natural Organic Flax Hulls
(concentrated shell of the flax seed in powder form)
- Fortified Flax Hulls with 3-day old broccoli sprouts
- Flax Hulls (Lignans)
The flax hulls are certified organic by U.S.A. Organics (Cert. # US-ND-P0012) & Global Organic Alliance, Inc. (Cert. #
4276) both of USA
The flax hulls are certified Kosher and Pareve by VAAD HA'IR of WINNIPEG, Inc. of Canada
Flax Hulls contain high levels of lignans called secoisolariciresinol glucoside or
SDG which, when converted to mammalian lignans (ED and EL) by good bacteria, are powerful antioxidants and
potent free radical scavengers.
Flax Hulls (Lignans) are natural organic shell only of the flaxseed without any seed materials or oil. The
shell of the flaxseed is known and proven to contain very high levels of botanical lignans especially SDG. Friendly bacteria convert
them into mammalian lignans so that the body can absorb better. They are powerful free radical scavengers and
help stop excessive free radical activity which deplete the body's immune system. In this way, llgnans help boost the immune of the body.
Flax hulls are also nutritious fibres containing both soluble and insoluble fibres and Vitamin B12 in the form of
Fortified Flax Hulls are essentially flax hulls (lignans) as described above
fortified with 3-day old broccoli sprouts. Broccoli sprouts have been studied by Prof. Dr. Paul Talalay of John Hopkins
University (MD, USA) and found to contain high levels of glucoraphanin. Glucoraphanin when chewed releases a
powerful antioxidant called Sulforaphane. Prof. Dr. Paul Talalay studied and found that Sulforaphane are highly effective in the
treatment of cancers in rats. Other studies have found that 3-day broccoli sprouts contain the highest level of Glucoraphanin and the reason
that they are chosen to fortify the flax hulls. These 3-day old broccoli sprouts are grown organically from specially chosen organic seeds.
After harvesting, the sprouts are "freeze-dried" to preserve its properties.
Benefits of using Fortified Flax Hulls & Flax Hulls include, but are not limited to, the following:
- significantly boost the body's immune system;
- ED and EL mimic estrogen in the body and are better than HRT for eliminating menopause symptoms such as "Hot Flashes"
- flax hulls are the best natural substitute for estrogen for both men and women;
- control and reduce excessive free radical activity in the body;
- provide the Recommended Daily Value (RDA) of Vitamin B12 in the form of Cobalamin;
- provide excellent nutritious dietary fibre (both soluble and insoluble);
- helps with hair loss
- support treatment of HIV and AIDS especially in reducing viral infections;
- protect against or support treatment for
- protect against or support treatment to colon cancer;

"Flax seed lignans have anti-tumor, anti-mittic, antioxidant and weak estrogenic activity."
The FDA (USA)…
"Flax seed lignans have anti-tumor, anti-mittic, antioxidant and weak estrogenic activity, are potentially the richest source of
phytoestrogens in the human diet and may be linked to a low incidence of breast and colon cancer. Their significant ability to prevent cancer
is recognized by the National Cancer Institute. In addition to having anti-cancer properties lignans also have anti-viral, anti-bacterial
and anti-fungus properties."

The Mayo Clinic (USA)…
"Phytoestrogens are naturally occurring compounds that lower circulating estrogens in your body. Flaxseed is particularly high in one
phytoestrogen, lignan, which appears to decrease estrogen production and which may inhibit the growth of some breast cancers."

The American Cancer Society…
"One study of 25 men with prostate cancer found that a low-fat diet along with ground flaxseed reduced serum testosterone, slowed the growth
rate of cancer cells, and increased the death rate of cancer cells."

Flax Hull Lignans are more potent as an antioxidant than the darkest leafy green vegetable!
Kale is a vegetable that has one of the highest ORAC values (the measurement of antioxidant).
Kale's ORAC value is 1770, while concentrated Flax Hull Lignans have an ORAC value of 19,600! Prunes are the
fruit with the highest ORAC value at 6,770, which still doesn't come close to Flax Hull Lignans!
*ORAC values on lignans were performed by Brunswick Laboratories, in Norton, MA.
Read the amazing testimonial of how a HIV+ individual recovered his health and improved
his immune system using LB17, Flax Hulls and Maitake Mushrooms!
Fortified Flax & Flax Hulls are best used with
LB17 "live" probiotic for efficient absorption of the Lignans
Note: Fortified Flax & Flax hulls does not contain any seed materials or its oil. They are specially milled and are
very stable at room temperature and will not turn rancid, if properly ketp, for up to 2 years.
Eating flax seeds may contain the hulls but one would have to eat a very large amount of flaxseeds to achieve the same quantity of the
concentrated fortified flax or flax hulls above. It is harmful to eat too much flaxseeds because in such large quantities the flaxseeds are
toxic to the body causing health problems
See below for a sample of Fortified Flax Hulls (1st pic) and Flax Hulls (2nd pic)
Each jar contains 180gm of fortified flax hulls / 150gm of flax hulls
